The layout was okay overall, but the signs were kind of confusing and made us do extra walking around to figure out where we were supposed to go. Not terrible, just a bit more work than it needed to be.

I had such a nice day here. The whole place felt calm and welcoming, and there was no sense of being rushed at all, which made it really easy to just wander around and enjoy it. The staff were friendly and genuinely seemed happy to help, which always makes a difference. It has a cosy, old countryside feel to it, and everything felt well looked after. I’d definitely feel confident recommending it and would happily go back again.

My kids still had a good time, so I’ll give them credit for that, but some of the play equipment definitely looked worn out and in need of proper maintenance. It’s the kind of thing management should really stay on top of, especially in a place meant for children. A bit more care and accountability would make the experience much better.

We popped in after our visit and really liked it. It’s a lovely little shop with a good mix of local bits, toys, and small gifts, not just the same old stuff you see everywhere. Some of the little presents were ridiculously cute, so we ended up picking up a few things to take home. The staff were friendly too, which made it even nicer.

popped in for lunch and it was really nice. the coffee came out hot, the cake tasted fresh, and the kids actually enjoyed their food too, which is always a win.

We went for the family membership this year it’s been worth it for us so far. Signing up online was straightforward, and we’ve already been a few times, so it feels nicer than paying every single visit, especially when the kids suddenly decide they want to go again...
The kids love seeing the animals and then burning off energy in the play areas. The event discounts are useful too, more than I expected really. Every time we’ve arrived, the staff at the gate have found our membership details quickly, no messing around or awkward waiting.

I’d only knock off a star because some of the member perks could be explained a bit better on the website. I had to click around a little to figure out what was included, but overall we’re happy with it and will definitely keep using it.

Took the kids last weekend and, to be honest, I was expecting it to be a bit messy like these places sometimes are. But I’ve got to admit, it was actually really clean. The toilets were tidy, the bins weren’t overflowing, and the animal areas didn’t have that grubby feel you sometimes get. Even the cafe tables were being wiped down regularly. It made the whole day much easier with little ones running around. I wasn’t sure I’d be keen to go back, but yeah, I probably would

I booked my tickets on Kent Life it was really straightforward. The pages loaded quickly, the payment went through without any issues, and the confirmation email landed in my inbox pretty much straight away. It was one of those rare online bookings where nothing went wrong, so I’d definitely use it again...

There was loads of parking, which just made the whole visit so much easier and totally stress free.

I was just there recently it looked really well kept. The paths were tidy, and even the toilets seemed clean, which always makes a good impression. Based on that visit, I’d definitely say the place is taken care of.

We had my child’s birthday party here it was such a nice experience. The kids had a brilliant time with the animals and the play areas, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Everything ran smoothly, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to keep a group of excited kids happy. It just felt like a kind, decent place where people actually care about families having a good day

Kent Life was alright overall, but I think the weather makes a big difference. We went on a cloudy, damp day and it made some of the place feel a bit flat, especially when we were walking between the different areas and trying to figure out where to go next.

The kids still enjoyed seeing the animals, and there are a few indoor bits, but not really enough if the rain properly sets in. I also found the next steps a bit unclear in places, like what to do after certain activities or where we were meant to head next, so we spent a bit of time wandering around. I’d probably go back, but only on a warm, dry day.

The staff were so helpful, honestly. They made everything feel easy and were way more friendly than... well, I was really impressed. Thanks again!

Took my two kids to Kent Life and we had a really lovely time. They ended up learning loads, but it never felt like a school trip, which was a win. They were really into the old houses, the animals, and seeing how people used to live back in the day. The staff were super friendly too and happily answered all their questions. Just a really nice day out, and a fun way to sneak in a bit of local history.

We went to Kent Life for a few hours, probably about 3 in total, and it was a nice visit overall. A few parts did look a bit tired, though somehow that didn’t really spoil it, if that makes sense. It felt worth the money, even though I’m not sure we’d make a whole day of it. I checked the times online before we went, and everything matched up perfectly when we got there. I’ve had places list the wrong hours before, so it was nice that this was actually accurate.

Went on Sunday and thought the queues would be a pain, but they had it all sorted well. Staff kept everyone moving along, so we barely had to wait. Kids were happy too, which is always a win.
